At The Berry Looms, we want you to shop with confidence! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and flexible refund options to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must be:
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Tags must be intact and attached
  • Free from stains, damage, or any signs of wear

Any items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

How to Initiate a Return

For USA Customers – Free Returns

  • Returns from the USA are free of charge—you won’t have to pay for return shipping.
  • To initiate a return, click here, enter your order details, and follow the instructions to generate your prepaid return label.
  • Securely pack your item and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

For Canada Customers – Easy Returns with a Print Label ($7 CAD Fee)

  • Email our customer support team at info@theberrylooms.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  • Once approved, we’ll send you a printable return label for your return.
  • A $7 CAD return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Drop off your package at your nearest carrier location and retain the tracking number for reference.

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • USA: To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
  • Canada: Exchanges are not available at this time. Customers must return the item and place a new order if they need a different size or color.
  • Customers can choose between a refund or store credit for returned items.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) or as store credit, based on your preference.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
